First time I had the chance to see one of these installed on a Glock. Here are some pictures
Ever wondered how the laser grips are installed on a Glock? Here's a quick review of the process. We install an LG-617 by Crimson Trace, Inc. on a Glock 35 in .40 cal
Use a roll of tape to hold the pistol while removing the pin at the rear of the receiver
Install the batteries and slide the grip into place
Put the new longer pin back into the hole to keep the grip in place. The grip comes with two pins, one slightly larger than the other
Only tools needed are a punch, roll of tape and small hammer
That's about all there is to it. The laser is well built, strong and works great. It was almost dead on right away we adjusted it just a hair
The grip adds to the width of the frame but is not very large
The button for the laser in the small dimple in back of the grip. The laser grip also creates an extended area to protect shooters with large hands

I just purchased a glock 35, along with the crimson trace grip. The glock was slightly used, however, the grip was new in the box. I pre-sighted it in just on the wall, and proceded to go shooting.
WOW, why have I been overlooking these lasers for so long??? The point of impact needed only slight adjustment, and a fine shooting gun just got better. I guess if I could change anything, it would be to add an OFF switch, for bright light situations when the dot cannot be seen anyway.
Even so, battery life should be good--time will tell.
